I have multiple dogs – how do I set up subscriptions for each?
You can add different supplements (or quantities) to your cart and subscribe to each with its own delivery schedule. Perfect for multi-dog households where everyone has their own health plan.
Can I change my delivery frequency?
Absolutely. You can update how often you receive your subscription (every 20, 25, 50, or 100 days) anytime via your account dashboard. We’re flexible because your dog’s needs can change!
What if I need to skip a delivery?
Life happens. Just log into your account and hit ‘Skip next delivery’ - no need to cancel or contact us. We’ve got your back.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Easy as paw-sibly can be. You can cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings.

What are the Subscription Rewards Program T&Cs
By subscribing to A-OK9’s subscription service, you agree to the following terms and conditions related to our Subscription Rewards Program. Please read carefully.
Eligibility for Free Delivery
Spend £55 or more (after discounts are applied) and your subscription order will be delivered free of charge. If your subscription order comes to less than £55, a small delivery fee of £5.95 will be added at checkout and subsequent reoccurring orders.
Eligibility for Rewards
To qualify for subscriber rewards, including credits and free gifts, your subscription must be active. Rewards will be granted based on the details of your active subscription.
Subscription Credits
Subscribers will receive credits based on their subscription value/or duration. These credits can be used towards future purchases. Credits are non-transferable, and only valid for use by the subscribing account holder.
Free Gifts
Free gifts may be offered to subscribers based on their subscription streak or other promotional terms. These gifts are subject to availability and may change at A-OK9’s discretion.
Active Subscription Requirement
To qualify for and redeem credits and free gifts, your subscription must remain active and a subscription order must be placed at least once every 6 months. If all products in your subscription are cancelled, or otherwise not active, you will not be eligible to earn or redeem rewards during that time. Failure to place a subscription order every 6 months will mean your subscription is automatically cancelled.
Cancellation and Reward Expiration
If you decide to reactivate your subscription within 7 days of cancellation, your rewards will remain available. After this grace period, all unused credits and rewards will expire. You can rejoin the rewards programme anytime by starting a new subscription, but previously expired credits or gifts won’t be reinstated.
Changes to the Rewards Program
A-OK9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Subscription Rewards Program at any time, with or without notice. Any changes will not affect rewards already earned prior to the change, unless otherwise specified.

How does the Subscriber Rewards Program work?
Once you have an active subscription with us, you’re automatically part of our rewards program! That means you’ll get access to exclusive benefits, like credits based on your order value, surprise free gifts in your orders and exclusive loyalty access to new products and sales.!
Do I get the same reward with every order?
Each order includes a special reward based on your subscription order.
I want to change my subscription order, will I lose my rewards?
Your rewards remain secure as long as you maintain at least one active subscription. If you’d like to take a break, we recommend pausing your plan or swapping products rather than cancelling.
If I cancel my subscription, what happens with my rewards?
To keep earning rewards, make sure you have an active subscription. If all subscription items are cancelled, your saved credits or rewards will be cleared. However, if you restart your subscription within 7 days, you’ll still be able to use your rewards before they expire. After 7 days, any unused rewards will be permanently removed.
What are subscription credits?
Subscription credits are special bonuses you earn as you keep your subscription going. You can view and manage them in your subscription portal, and use them to save on future orders.
How do I check my rewards or credit balance?
ou can view your rewards and credit balance anytime in your subscription portal. Just log into your account and it’ll show you how much you’ve earned, used, and what’s available to spend on future orders.
When do I receive my rewards?
Credits are added to your account once your subscription order is processed and payment is confirmed. Any surprise gifts or bonus rewards will be included in your next delivery!
Do my credits or rewards expire?
Your credits stay active as long as you have an ongoing subscription. If you cancel your subscription, any unused credits will expire.
Can I combine rewards or credits with discount codes or promotions?
In most cases, rewards and credits can’t be stacked with other discount codes. But don’t worry, we’ll always make sure you’re getting the best available value at checkout.
What happens if I skip a month?
Skipping a month won’t affect your existing rewards, you’ll just pause earning new ones until your next order processes. Your current credits will still be safe and waiting for you!
