United StatesNever received this. Royal Mail says it never received the package from A-OK9. When I reached out to ask about timing, A-OK9 said to wait 30-days. They did not explain why it would take 30-days to be placed in the hands of the carrier. I have no idea how long it will take to get here once they do hand it over. When I asked for a refund, figuring that would be easy since it hasn’t shipped, they explained that they will ship it and then I’ll have to go through the return process.

United KingdomI have not yet received my order. I ordered the goods 4 weeks ago. I spoke to customer service after 2 weeks and they could see that it had not been delivered but a further 2 weeks later and I am still waiting.
Hi Shirley We are sorry to hear you haven't received your replacement order yet. We put through another order on the 22nd of March and this order was dispatched on the 25th. We do allow up to 10 working days for UK deliveries, and taking into account the Easter Bank Holiday weekend, today (04/04/24) makes it the 6th working day since the dispatch date and your parcel should still be on its way to you. If after the 10 working day period you still haven't received this order please do let us know.
United StatesIt has worked wonders if the dogs have had a loose stool. It might take a couple of sachets but I feel I can trust it to do it's thing.
